API Key Management
Check if an API key is required.
If needed, generate a new API key carefully:

Enter your personal email for testing purposes.
Click "Test Configuration" and wait for a success message (green banner).
Once confirmed, click "Save."
Configure Disposition Strategies
Review the pre-built disposition strategies available (e.g., contract for deed, double close, flip, rental).
Remove any strategies that do not apply to your role.
For any new strategies:
Click the plus sign to add.
Fill in the name, description, gross revenue, and expected revenue.
Company Grouping
If applicable, create entries for different internal companies (e.g., flipping company, rental company).
Provide a brief description for each company.
Optionally, include the address.
Finalize Settings
Review all entries for accuracy.
Save all changes before exiting the settings.
Cautionary Notes
Be cautious when generating a new API key; ensure that it is necessary to avoid disrupting existing integrations.
Always test email configurations before saving to ensure notifications are sent correctly.
When removing disposition strategies, ensure that they are not currently in use to avoid data loss.
Tips for Efficiency
Prepare all necessary information (company name, email, API key requirements) before starting the configuration process to streamline the steps.
Utilize a checklist to ensure all settings are reviewed and updated as needed.
Schedule regular reviews of the settings to ensure they remain current and relevant to the company's operations.
Encourage team members to reach out with questions to clarify any uncertainties during the configuration process.
