Review and Confirm
After saving both KPIs, review the dashboard to ensure that the data is displayed correctly and that the KPIs reflect the intended metrics.
Cautionary Notes
Ensure that the data sources are correctly set to avoid discrepancies in the KPIs.
Double-check filter conditions to ensure that they accurately represent the desired data (e.g., date ranges, categories).
Avoid using overly complex filter conditions unless necessary, as they can lead to confusion and errors.
Tips for Efficiency
Use consistent naming conventions for KPIs to maintain clarity across the dashboard.
Regularly review and update the KPIs to ensure they remain relevant and accurate.
Consider creating a template for KPIs that can be reused, reducing the time spent on setup for similar metrics in the future.
Collaborate with team members to gather feedback on the dashboard layout and KPI effectiveness for continuous improvement.
