Fixing the 'Failed to Load KPI Data' Error

Step 1: Identify the Error

  • Look for the error message indicating 'failed to load KPI data'.

  • Check the dashboard or page for any empty KPIs.

Step 2: Refresh the Page

  • Refresh the page to see if the error persists.

  • Confirm if there are multiple KPIs showing the same error.

Step 3: Access Data Source Settings

  • Click on the gear icon to access settings.

  • Ensure that at least one data source is configured.

Step 4: Configure the Data Source

  • Most errors are due to missing counts in the data source.

  • You can set up a count, average, sum, or min-max as needed.

Step 5: Save Changes

  • You may not need to enter a name for the data source.

  • Click 'Save' to apply the changes.

Step 6: Verify the Fix

  • Check the KPI again to ensure it is now displaying correctly.

  • Confirm that the error message is no longer present.
