This release is packed with enhancements to deal analysis, lead management, communication tracking, and workflow flexibility. These updates bring deeper insights, cleaner data, and faster actions across Pete.


šŸš€ New Features & Enhancements

šŸ“Š Deal Analyzer

A simplified tool to help you calculate your Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) using customizable formulas. Just plug in your numbers—Pete handles the rest. Fast, flexible, and built for quick decisions.

šŸ”— Link Communication Logs to Campaigns

You can now connect individual communication logs to their original campaign source—improving lead tracking and enabling smarter workflow automations and routing based on campaign assignment.

🧾 Add New Data Fields to UI

We’ve added powerful new data fields to property records and lead views. These include:

  • Sales history

  • Mortgage details

  • MLS activity

  • Estimated equity

  • Ownership records
    …and much more—giving you better context with less digging.

🧠 Error Code Descriptions in Conversations History

Message failures in the conversation log now include readable error descriptions to help you quickly understand what went wrong and how to resolve it.

šŸ” Merged Leads (Improved Linking)

When two leads are merged, clicking an old link (e.g., a saved note or task) now redirects you to the active, merged lead—avoiding dead ends and preserving history.

šŸ“ˆ KPI Appointments Grid Format

The Appointments KPI now uses the property-style grid, giving you consistent filters and layouts across dashboards. It also unlocks additional insights related to your appointments.

šŸ—‚ļø Phase Grids – Kanban View

You can now view and manage records using a Kanban-style layout in phase grids. Drag and drop records between phases for quick updates, and get a high-level visual of where everything stands.

šŸ“‹ Coach Workflow Copying

We’ve added new backend tools that allow us to quickly copy a coach’s workflow setup to their students’ accounts, making it easy to share proven systems and maintain consistency across teams.

ā˜Žļø Default CallerPhone per User

When placing a call or sending a text from Property Details, Pete will now use the user’s DefaultCallerPhone (if set) instead of the campaign number.
This allows team members—like Dispo, TC, or Rentals—to consistently use their own dedicated number for communication.

āœ… New Workflow Actions

The workflow builder now supports new actions, including:

  • Add or remove team members from specific Team Roles on a property

  • Add or remove tags from leads or properties

This opens the door for even more automation flexibility.

šŸ“Š Dashboard Display by Page

Admins can now choose which dashboards display on a per-page basis, helping declutter views and make dashboards more relevant by section (e.g., Leads, Properties, Rentals).

šŸ’° Sale / Sold Field Refinement

We’ve added new fields and tracking around cash conversion cycles, listed date, and days active—especially valuable for flippers wanting visibility into lifecycle timing.

šŸ” User Password Reset Options

Admins and users with the appropriate permissions can now reset passwords for other users directly in Pete. Two reset options are available:

  • Send a temporary password
    Pete generates a password (not visible to the admin), emails it to the user, and prompts them to change it after login.

  • Set a new password manually
    You can choose a new password for the user. Pete will email the user to let them know their password was reset by {{user}}, but will not include the new password.

šŸ‘„ Team Roles Now Visible in User Table (Suggestion)

The User Table now includes a column for Team Roles, giving admins a clear view of each user’s role assignments without needing to dig into individual records. Easier management, faster clarity.

🧾 Track Utility Companies Per Property

You can now store utility provider details for each property, including:

  • Electric

  • Gas/Propane

  • Trash

  • Water/Sewer

  • Internet
    This makes it easier to manage turnovers, onboard tenants, and reference key info during acquisitions or disposals.

⚔ Faster Import Speeds

We’ve optimized the import process to significantly improve speed—especially for large files. You’ll now see faster load times and smoother uploads across bulk imports.
