Recorded calls can be downloaded. Take the following steps to download any recording:
Click Analytics - All Conversations
Click Filters to filter by Type (set to Any Of and select Phone), then set the correct Start and End dates
Verify the Preview column
Locate the phone recording, click the three dots, and select Download
